For the last 20 years, Ken has designed and managed pioneering national and international programs related to digitalization for food security, socio-economic development and youth agripreneurship, in collaboration with governments, private sector and civil society. At the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development (CTA), he coordinated initiatives including the award-wining AgriHack Talent project which supported digital agripreneurs from 60 countries (via grants, incubation, networking, B2B match-making, linkages with investors, etc.); the IFAD funded project "Youth Economic Empowerment through Agribusiness in Kenya" (VijaBiz); e-agriculture strategies and blockchain projects. Before CTA, he worked for the Panos Institute West Africa (Senegal), UNESCO (France), served as Advisor for a United Nations global ICT platform for three years, and ONG Oridev that he founded in Benin. He holds an MBA (UK) and a master's in information sciences (France). Two of his projects won the ITU WSIS Forum Prizes in the e-agriculture category.
